all i did to install the plug in was - click on the game manager (bottom left side) then it installs on its own. i am using chrome btw. there was some people having this issue ill read up on it and repost for u ZS. i am having some problems of my own as well. i got a phone call from gamespot wherer i reserved my copy. they are doing a midnight release of BF3, except gamestops is starting at 10pm so ill be there and have my copy at 10pm. be up and running in no time after that. so ill shoot u all then.
