Suggestions for server.

Ok, the other day I was trying diff combinations of guns here and there and found a couple of oddities that if corrected might help make the game much more interesting, I will try to be as clear and concise as possible:
1.- Magic weapons seem to be ok, but do not seem to be very random unless you die every round, having a negative magic weapon takes away your ability to take a better one of the same, again unless you die, this point is more an annoyance really since certain extra WoP's come from using gold wrench on +6 or higher magic weapons.
2.- WoP's are still very cool, but the amount or level of PU's available for many of them is somewhat unbalanced, examples:
WoP-Shield Gun. ---> Plasma PU.
WoP-MP5. -----------> Fire Mines & Happy Mines.
WoP-MiniGun. ------> SSR PU.
WoP-Rocket Launcher. ---> Rocket Spread, Cluster, Flare.
WoP-Flak Gun. -------------> Razor Bomb, Rocket blast.
Many guns have only 1 PU that affects a single fire mode, and other guns like shock, flak have PU's which affect both fire modes. I do not know how hard it would be to give guns a PU that affects both firemodes for each gun and also a secondary set of PU's that provide increased firepower with more PU's installed (like cluster/spread)
3.- Weapon summon should summon guns which are otherwise not available in any map weapon locker or spawn, most of the guns that are summoned are ok, removing or replacing grenade launcher and lighting gun for something more "unique" might be a good idea. also weapon summon should be absolutely random regardless of which weapon the PU is used (yes, right now putting weapon summon on certain weapons increases the chances of getting the gun you want)
I think that covers some of my thoughts right now, as always feedback is welcome, flames are not and tentacles are ok :D
