If you could setup a dedicated server on your local machine and join and then get me your hash/guid from the playerlist in web admin I can double check and see if the hash/guid is banned.

Hey baron, We tried the idea you came up with. But when i started the dedicated server in game and tried to join i couldnt even join. Nor him. Something im doing wrong? Ive opend up all ports. Post when u can!

Try setting a DMZ in your router to the IP of the machine the server is hosted on, alternatively have inferno join a server where he isn't banned and ask one of the admins to send you his hash/guid from the web admin player list.
