Lost all of my dinos and my base. PLEASE HELP AND READ

Any admins who read this please respond. I recently made a friend on this server and wanted to create a tribe with her. So I invited her to the tribe and while I was waiting for her to accept it, she invited me to her tribe she created, so I left my tribe I had made to join hers. I lost all my dinosaurs and my base. Please if anyone reads this help me. Thanks.
