After Server "Reset" In-Game Problems.

The last few days since the server went dark and brought up today, I noticed a couple things;
-Dino stats were different from the last start-up. I recall having my dinos at LEAST had 5k HP, now its nowhere near it.
-Dino tame limit has been put in placed? I can't even tame this current dino right now due to it, and its the warthog one. I've used up so many Prime Meat for it to keep tame but now I'm struggling to keep it in my taming cage.
Please look into it asap. Thank you.
