Found this tweak info on beyondunreal forums. I know, I haven't had the best of luck finding a buttload of system/vid/game tweaks for UT3..so thought I'd put this link up.

I'm surprised they haven't rewritten the files since then.

Good stuff, BTW. I've done most of it.
