Just as an FYI: Epic stopped developing for UT4 a while back. You'd honestly be better off trying to assemble a dev team to make an entirely new game in Unreal Engine 4.

Been working with UnrealScript for a while, and UT4 would certainly do. (I'm currently working for Renegade-X)
If we can't get Epic's attention right now, then perhaps we can persuade them in 2024 to do a 25-year anniversary nod to UT.
Thing is, with UT3 and up, they tried to mold UT into the new realism fashion of games. While Unreal is supposed to be Unreal.
They tried to adjust UT to something different.
While they should've adjusted something different to UT. imo
