Paintball told me about these glasses that Nvidia has made for PC games. What they do is pretty much make your game actually 3D. So imagine playing Aliens and having a Face Hugger jumping out of the screen on to your face. It's kinda cool but kinda freaky also. There are requirements below for the glasses and there is a huge list of supported games for these goggles. The glasses alone are about $199.

Yes it is very nice i seen it, a buddy of mine has the setup, only downside i see is that it is $500 start up and that is if you already have one of the supporting cards. other than that is very nice : )

Yeah have you tried it kanabanoid? Is it like a 3D movie where stuff flies at your face? Does it look like you are actually in the environment?? When I get my super computer in July I plan on getting this with the monitor package since I need a new monitor anyways and I just wanted to see what you thought.

ASUS have been offering this feature from back when it was with the
32Mb TNT2 Ultra, as I had it.
No doubt it has improved since then but the basic theory is the same.
The glasses just black out one eye, then the other at the same rate as a image / frame with a different perspective are displayed on screen the result is similar to 3D glasses.
Many people reported it giving them a headache.

yes it is prity good, far beyond the red and blue lenses, this is all i have to compair it too i guess but yes very , very nice. i can't say it reaches the lvl's of total actual putting you in the game but it is the best 3D i have ever seen. i to would get it, if it was not so pricy.

Cool those 3d glasses sound like a good idea! But what is really cool is my super Water Cooled PC system with 4 cpu cores and twin 2 gpu core crossfire video cards that is still using my 60HZ early version LCD monitor only allows me to actually see 60 frames of the 180 produced. But now with that 120HZ monitor my FPS seen vs FPS produced ratio increases dramatically from 1/3 to 2/3.

Just think some day I might see all the actual FPS produced. LOL (BS post)
