You would have to call super(Pawn).PreBeginPlay(); inside the PreBeginPlay() function (in both the vehicle and the vfactory) in order to allow the vehicle and the vehicle factory to appear in a DM map...or there is always the other option you mentioned. Doing either would require adding custom scrip...
