I just want to bring attention to this as I have seen a few people doing this rather a lot recently.

I'm not using names but I have recently seen a certain few players building sentinels then hiding behind boxes etc and idling there for the rest of the game, then idling through the next game and so on.

If I see anyone persistently doing this I will kick you out of the game as its a waste of bandwidth and player slots especially when the server is busy.

If you intend on leaving for any lengthy periods of time then either jump in to spectator mode or disconnect.

This does only apply to lengthy periods of time however as no one is going to kick you off for answering the door / phone, or being dragged into that unwanted and unpleasant conversation with your girlfriend / boyfriend or whatever as that's something we all have to do every now and then, I'm only bothered about the ones who build sentinels then go and hide while they watch television or whatever.

In the last week, I have seen one particular, regular, high-level player kicked 3 times for idling, when other regular, high-level players (and others) were waiting to play. This does NOT include the times I have seen this same person idling, asked for kick, and didn't get one. On top of that, someone made mention that there might have been even more kickvotes for idling for this same person - I dunno, wasn't there.
You who were there to vote this person out so others could come in - thank you! I hate idlers, as do those waiting to come in. For those of you who didn't vote, think to yourselves how you would feel had it been you waiting to get in.
Check the logs, ask around, and ban this jackass. I won't name them, but someone will I am sure.

We don't need this idling BS on this fantastic server with this great team - THAT MEANS YOU!
