Who's gonna win?

Post by NumbWarri0r » Sun Mar 20, 2011 2:30 pm

Hey everyone. I was browsing through IGN today and came across this article, http://pc.ign.com/articles/115/1153963p1.html . So my question for you guys is... Which game are you most looking forward too, and which game to you think will sell more copies in the first week? :rambo: :rocket:

Battlefield 3
- Brand New Engine.
- Graphics that will push the limits for games to follow.
- Singleplayer from Faultline Episodes looks fun.
- Multiplayer should be awesome, judging from past Battlefield games.

Call of Duty
- Same crap Engine with some improvements.
- Graphics are ok.
- Good Singleplayer.
- Crap Multiplayer in my opinion.

For who will sell more copies that will be tough. CoD has all those fan boys, and BF3 will have people looking at the amazing graphics, and all the people from the past Battlefield games.

I think this is spot on. COD does have fanboys but they don't have the classic "battlefield moments" that you can only find in Battlefield games. And everyone who loves the battlefield franchise will get BF3 and probably a lot of people that haven't heard about it. In my opinion COD doesn't have a chance.

On the serious note, I haven't seen any official news about a Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3.
From the developers or publisher, So either nothing is being developed or they are going to release it to try and "combat" BF3.
But if they rush it, the game will be horrible, and BF3 will take the victory.

This guy is spot on. COD is currently stagnant and is asking people to buy their new game but are bringing nothing worthwhile to the table. I think BF3 will be an outrageous success. And I LOVE the onion lol.
